How Do Chemical Peels Work?
At your appointment, we will have you lying in a comfortable position to administer your peel. We will cleanse your skin before applying the customized solution to the treatment area and allowing it to set for a predetermined amount of time. Then, the peel will be washed off your face and a neutralizing agent will be applied to soothe the skin. It is recommended that you bring a hat or sunscreen to protect your skin from sun exposure following treatment. You can expect your face to peel and itch from several days to two or more weeks. Please try to refrain from picking at your skin as it peels and itches during the healing process, as it could cause scarring.

I visited Atomic Beauty yesterday for a hydrofacial. Front desk was very welcoming and offered me water and made sure I didn't have any questions or concerns about the visit. I LOVED MY FACIAL!!! My esthetician was incredibly sweet and did a thorough consultation with me prior to getting my facial to make sure I knew everything I should expect from the service. The service itself was nice, and afterward, I got to see all of the GUNK they pulled out of my face (yikes) and made me realize that I really should get these more often. I was given a few samples of the recommended products which I really appreciated. My skin today feels so smooth and fresh, absolutely no redness or irritation (and my skin is usually pretty reactive). Will definitely be getting one of these again soon. Thank you, Atomic!!!
