Peels + Dermaplaning

How does it work +

Chemical Peels + Dermaplaning quickly and effectively resurface your skin and refine the appearance of pores. A chemical peel is applied to your face, which causes the dead skin to slough off and eventually peel. Dermaplaning uses a surgical blade to smooth and refine the epidermis through very fine, controlled scraping with the added benefit of removing vellus (peach fuzz) hair.

What can I expect during the treatment +

During a peel, you may feel a slight burning sensation that lasts 5-10 minutes. Depending upon the type of peel, a reaction similar to a sunburn occurs following the procedure. During dermaplaning, the esthetician will hold an area of your skin taut while using short, swift strokes to scrape off dead skin cells and vellus hair. Both reveal a smoother, brighter complexion.

What are the results +

Peels + Dermaplaning leave your skin looking radiant with a more even skin tone and a smoother texture. Your complexion will be firmer, clearer, healthier, and more youthful.

Is it safe +

Peels + Dermaplaning are completely safe and painless procedures. After either treatment, your skin will be highly sensitive to sun exposure and may look pink. You make experience some mild red and flaking skin following the chemical peel.
